Apply to damp hair and massage until foamy. Leave on for 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the desired effect, and rinse. To achieve extra shine and color, leave the shampoo on for about 3 minutes before rinsing it out with the second wash. Use once or twice a week, alternating with a regular use shampoo.
