  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days. The shipping time and fee depend on the destination and the availability of courier services. We are not responsible for the delays in delivery caused by health and safety measures, transportation delays or emergency situations.

    Deliveries will be made by the carrier of your choice (DHL or UPS) to the address you provided. You must ensure that the address is correct and that someone is present to accept delivery.

    If we are not able to deliver your products within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another time for delivery or refund your order.

    Products are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. Please check your email for delivery notifications and make arrangements if you know that you won’t be present at the time of delivery.

    Duty and taxes for delivery outside the EU

    We would like to remind you that when placing orders outside the EU, they may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. These charges are typically imposed by customs authorities upon the arrival of the parcel in your country, and the specific fees can vary from one country to another.

    As a valued customer, it's essential to note that you are responsible for any additional duties that may be applied to your order. We kindly request your understanding and consideration of this matter before finalising your purchase.

    Returns

    You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Please note that this rule also applies to the free delivery option. If you want to know the delivery price in advance, you can contact our support team. The costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

    If you did not pick up the parcel from the Pick Up point or provided the wrong delivery address, resulting in the shipper being unable to deliver the package, you will be credited with the full order amount, excluding shipping costs, once the product is returned to our store. Please note that this rule also applies to orders with the free delivery option.

    If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

    To exercise this right, please contact us at info@skinlist.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
