That is why a scalp lotion is a key step in care for alopecia: unlike shampoo, which only contacts the skin for a few minutes, a lotion remains on the skin for a long time and delivers active ingredients directly to the follicle area. Through lotions, it is possible to influence microcirculation, inflammation, 5-alpha-reductase activity, oxidative stress, and the hair growth phase (anagen). Therefore, in cases of hair loss, lotion is the foundation of therapy, while shampoo, masks, and leave-in care play a supportive role.
DSD de Luxe lotions work for different types of alopecia depending on their composition and mechanism of action: they help correct diffuse (telogen) alopecia—hair loss after stress, childbirth, or infections—and are effective for androgenetic alopecia (AGA) in both women and men. They also reduce seasonal hair loss, address early stages of hair thinning, and support hair growth after trichological treatments and therapy courses.
It is important to follow the course: use the lotions for at least 3–6 months and follow the recommended frequency of application, as this significantly affects the results. Another important element in hair loss care is proper cleansing and exfoliation of the scalp.

3.4 Dixidox de Luxe Lotion
A basic stimulating lotion for diffuse and seasonal hair loss. Contains caffeine, adenosine, niacinamide, and B vitamins. Caffeine increases cAMP levels in cells, stimulating follicle metabolism; adenosine prolongs the anagen phase by activating growth factors; and niacinamide reduces inflammation and improves microcirculation. It mainly works for telogen alopecia and early stages of hair thinning.
3.4.1 Crexepil de Luxe Forte
An intensive lotion for pronounced hair loss. Contains adenosine, caffeine, peptide complexes, and placental extracts, which activate dermal papilla cells and stimulate cell proliferation in the follicle. The formula prolongs the anagen phase and reduces perifollicular micro-inflammation. Suitable for active diffuse alopecia and as a therapy for androgenetic alopecia.
3.4.2 Crexepil de Luxe
A maintenance lotion designed to prolong achieved results. Contains adenosine, amino acids, and niacinamide, which support follicular metabolism and keratin synthesis. It regulates inflammatory processes and improves tissue nourishment. Recommended after a course of 3.4.1 Crexepil de Luxe Forte, for chronic diffuse hair loss, and for the prevention of seasonal alopecia.
3.4.3A Dixidox de Luxe
A specialized lotion for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. Contains components that reduce the activity of 5-alpha-reductase and decrease the impact of dihydrotestosterone on hair follicles, as well as stimulating peptides. The active ingredients target the hormone-dependent mechanism of follicle miniaturization and support angiogenesis. Indicated for AGA in both women and men, and for hair thinning in the frontal-parietal area.
3.4.4 Capixyl + Placenta Shock de Luxe
A lotion with the Capixyl complex (containing acetyl tetrapeptide-3 and red clover extract). Red clover isoflavones inhibit 5-alpha-reductase, reducing the formation of dihydrotestosterone, while the peptide stimulates collagen synthesis around the follicle. Placental growth factors enhance the proliferation of dermal papilla cells. Effective for androgenetic alopecia and progressive hair density loss.
